Frichy Fillet Knife 9" Size:9" tough ABS resin constructionThe Frichy XK05 fillet knife has been built with a soft, ergonomic grip and stainless steel, black finish blade. It is a Fillet Knife up for the task. It should be noted that fillet knives have been designed to be used exclusively on fish. The curved blade design, provides a better working angle, to cut as close as possible to the bone for maximum output. The bolsterless edge of the blade allows for use of the entire blade and makes sharpening easy.
